Duties include providing a range of spa treatments, conducting consultations with guests, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of treatment rooms and equipment, promoting spa services and products, maintaining detailed guest records, and supporting the overall operations of the spa

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa or hotel environment
• recognized qualifications in massage therapy and beauty treatments
• strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest
• centric approach
• ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
• passion for wellness, self
• care, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• comply with hotel rules and regulations and provisions contained in the employment handbook
• comply with company’s grooming standards to portray a professional image of self and the hotel
• comply with time and attendance policies set by the resort
