Head Bartender

Job description

We are looking for a Head Bartender who can deliver a memorable and unique experience for our guests. Your role will involve providing a wide range of services to ensure our guests enjoy their meal, including setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. You will also be responsible for creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. You will be on your feet and moving around, with the need to lift and move objects and communicate professionally

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Less than 1 year related work experience
• No supervisory experience
• No license or certification.
