Inventory Monitoring Specialist

Job description

Certain Human Resources is seeking an Inventory Monitoring Specialist to join its team on a full‑time basis to develop and implement inventory control strategies and policies and oversee daily activities to ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include formulating the inventory control strategy, policies and plans and ensuring their implementation in accordance with established procedures; directing and coordinating daily inventory control activities and providing guidance to controllers; developing inventory planning plans and verifying their effectiveness for storing various materials while monitoring inbound and outbound flows per policy; monitoring process performance against targets, identifying material consumption and request patterns and taking corrective actions when needed; preparing specialised inventory control documentation and reports and storing them in the approved database
