Senior Production Specialist

Job description

This role is responsible for managing and directing the team responsible for all aspects of operation, including preparation (mixing), filling, wrapping and container washing. This also includes accurately entering production data into the warehouse management system, reporting damage and variances for accounting and control purposes, and improving management productivity and effectiveness. The role also includes following up on continuous improvement principles, and communicating effectively with functional leadership about technical needs or issues related to quality, safety, or productivity. Additionally, the role includes assisting co-workers with training, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing other tasks as directed. This role is located
