The Chief Specialist, Smart & Efficient Manager and Productive & Safe Worker shapes how technology enables Ma’aden’s managers and frontline workforce to work more effectively, make better decisions, and operate safely. Provides enterprise technical leadership across two connected domains, translating workforce and operational challenges into scalable technology solutions. Creates value by simplifying work, reducing inefficiencies, improving timely information access, and leveraging digital, automation, and data capabilities to boost productivity and safety. Connects people, process, technology, and operational requirements to ensure solutions meet real business needs and embed into daily work. Acts as an enterprise domain authority aligning Operations, HSE, HR, Engineering, and Technology teams around shared outcomes, accelerating solutions that enhance workforce effectiveness while maintaining safety and operational discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or a related discipline
• 15+ years of relevant experience across operations, operational transformation, productivity improvement, safety or technology-enabled business improvement
• Significant experience in industrial, mining or comparable asset-intensive operating environments
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale transformation, operational excellence or workforce improvement initiatives
• Experience applying digital, data, automation or continuous-improvement approaches to workforce productivity or safety challenges
• Proficient in workforce productivity and operational excellence
• Proficient in manager and frontline work optimization
• Proficient in safety and operational risk integration
• Proficient in digital, automation and AI-enabled improvement
• Proficient in data-driven performance and value realization
• Proficient in integrated solution design and deployment
