Manager - Human Capital Programs and Partnerships

Job description

Leads the design, implementation, and management of innovative human capital initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. Orchestrates partnerships with educational institutions, training providers, consultants, and industry stakeholders to expand program reach and effectiveness. Coordinates with HR and business units to identify talent needs and tailor programs accordingly. Monitors program performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics and provides recommendations for continuous improvement. Manages budgets and resources allocated to initiatives to ensure cost-efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities. Leads communication and change management efforts to promote program adoption and participant engagement. Stays updated on global human capital trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience managing human capital programs, partnerships, or related initiatives in a corporate environment
• strong understanding of talent management, employee development, and workforce planning concepts
• proven ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with external stakeholders
• excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• proficiency with MS Office and HR information systems.
