Job description

Ensures continuous, uninterrupted operation of HITCL facilities during operational hours by maintaining full availability of essential services such as electricity, water, security, cleaning, gardening, pest control, and preventive maintenance. Guarantees classrooms, workshops, and labs are ready for use at all times. Coordinates internal and external inspections and audits, addresses observations, and ensures timely closure of action items. Ensures compliance with HSE standards and implements corrective and preventive measures. Manages institute assets and training equipment with accurate inventory records and proper usage. Oversees facility vendors and contractors to ensure service quality and contractual compliance. Supports planning and execution of facility upgrades and layout changes to provide modern, engaging learning environments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 2 - 5 years of experience in facilities operations, campus management, or technical environment management

• proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• proficiency in facilities and utilities operations management
• proficiency in vendor and contractor coordination

• Facilities Management Certification (IFMA, BIFM, or equivalent)
• HSE Certification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
