Wet Chemist / Wet Chem Technician

Job description

We are looking for a Wet Chemist / Wet Chem Technician in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and hands-on knowledge of wet chemical analysis, AAS and ICP instruments. The goal is to perform wet chemical analysis of samples accurately and efficiently, operate laboratory instruments, including AAS, ICP, UV, LECO and XRF, to support laboratory testing activities.

Requirements

• A Chemistry-related qualification is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory experience
• Hands-on experience in wet chemical analysis
• Practical experience with AAS and ICP is a priority
• Experience with UV, LECO and XRF is an advantage
• Good understanding of laboratory procedures, quality control and safety requirements
• Good communication skills
