Installation Senior Technician

Job description

The role involves installing all types of dispensers, such as personal, dosage units, auto-dishwasher, etc. It also includes training new customers on dispenser usage and refilling after installation. This encompasses connecting water to dosing units and connecting electrical dosing pumps to the auto dishwasher, and calibrating the original dose and top-up as per the machine specification and water tank volume. Additionally, it involves repairing all types of dispensers and dosing units. The technician is fully responsible for daily reports that include installation and maintenance. It also includes installing related posters and stickers as per the assessment sheet

Requirements

• Experience with installation of dispensers and dosing units
• proficiency in using installation and maintenance tools
• knowledge of daily maintenance mechanisms
• proficiency in customer communication skills
• Location: Makkah
