Residential Compound Manager

Job description

Responsible for managing a residential compound in the Eastern Province for the employer Directs daily compound operations to ensure smooth workflow. Handles resident requests and complaints to improve satisfaction. Oversees preventive and emergency maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and landscaping. Supervises security staff, safety systems, and access control. Tracks tenant leases, renewals, and coordinates move‑in/move‑out inspections. Prepares and monitors the operational budget and manages vendor and contractor relationships. Leads and develops field teams (security, maintenance, cleaning, reception) and conducts performance evaluations
