About the Role: The Senior Real Estate Analyst will support origination, underwriting, structuring, and execution of third‑party management agreements and acquisitions. The role will evaluate owner and asset opportunities for operating under the the employer brand, focusing on financial analysis, feasibility, commercial terms, due diligence, and deal execution across multifamily and hospitality opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related field
• minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, hospitality, development, investment or strategy
• proficient in Excel with complex financial model building
• knowledge of third‑party operating models and hospitality‑style management agreements
• experience in multifamily, hospitality, serviced apartments or branded residences
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
