About the Role the employer is looking for a Property Management professional to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical to managing and coordinating the internal delivery of projects from construction to property management. The specialist will ensure that all modules, systems and documentation meet company standards, quality requirements and specified timelines. Role Overview The Internal Delivery Representative acts as a key liaison between the Engineering, Construction and Property Management teams. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of assets after construction, with a focus on quality assurance and comprehensive documentation prior to final delivery. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the internal delivery process between the construction and property management teams. Ensure all units are thoroughly inspected and meet quality standards before delivery. Review and verify all delivery documents, including drawings, manuals and warranties. Identify and report defects, then follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records and reports on delivery status and progress. Collaborate with engineering and site teams to ensure compliance with project specifications. Support the preparation of obstacle lists and ensure they are closed before final delivery. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders o Ensure smooth transition of assets. Qualifications and Experience At least 2-5 years of experience in a related field. Experience in delivery operations or facilities/property management is an advantage. Familiarity with inspection procedures and quality standards. Work Environment: This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the specialist will work closely with different internal teams to ensure success Project and asset readiness for property management
