Ali Al Dowayan Holding Company has been a leader in the field of real estate development for more than 50 years, based in Dammam. Al-Hanaki Real Estate Development Company announces its need for a leasing specialist to work in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region. She works as a leasing specialist at the employer Company in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region. Responsibilities include developing real estate promotion strategies, conducting orientation tours, responding to customer inquiries, preparing and coordinating lease contracts and reviewing terms, following up on contract renewals, negotiating terms to achieve the satisfaction of both parties, and preparing periodic reports for management on leasing activities and occupancy rates

Requirements

• Coordinating with clients to complete the signing of contracts, and periodically checking the condition of the property and its compliance with the terms of the contract
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
• At least one year of experience in the field of leasing and real estate marketing
• Good knowledge of activities, brands and major companies
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
