Senior Project Manager / Project Director - Supervision

Job description

Lead day‑to‑day management and delivery of major property and building supervision projects across Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include project leadership, client management, supervision operations, commercial performance, bid support, governance, and multidisciplinary team coordination. Ensure safety, efficiency, profitability, and compliance with the employer quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
• Master's Degree desirable
• PMP or equivalent preferred
• professional accreditation such as PE or CEng advantageous
• 20+ years of project management and construction supervision experience
• proven track record delivering large‑scale building projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East
• experience managing multidisciplinary supervision teams and major client relationships
• strong knowledge of project governance, contract administration and commercial management
