Job description
Job Opportunity: RAN NOC Engineer. Responsibilities: Monitor network performance and availability · Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network faults · Manage incident tickets and ensure SLA compliance · Coordinate with technical teams to resolve network issues · Prepare operational reports and shift handovers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 1–5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies
- Familiarity with OSS/NMS, alarm monitoring, fault management, and ticketing systems
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
- Monitor network performance and availability
