QA QC Manager

Job description

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities for a major transport infrastructure and utilities project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience working with engineering consultants, PMC organizations, or supervision consultants on large-scale roads, highways, utilities, and infrastructure developments. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring project quality management systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline · Minimum 15+ years of professional experience, including substantial experience on transport infrastructure and utilities projects · Proven experience working with Engineering Consultants, Supervision Consultants, PMCs, or Client-side organizations · Strong experience in roads, highways, transport infrastructure, utilities, drainage, wet and dry utilities, and related infrastructure works · Demonstrated experience managing quality systems on large-scale infrastructure developments · Thorough knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and auditing processes · Strong understanding of international standards, project specifications, and quality control procedures · Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills · Previous Middle East/GCC project experience is highly preferred
