Project Controls Engineer

Job description

The Project Controls Engineer is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting of project data. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of cost, schedule, and progress information, and supports various project functions with data analysis and reporting. Assignment duration: Until the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension. Tasks include preparing weekly and monthly reports, collecting and organizing data across contracts, updating cost and schedule trackers, and supporting reconciliation of records. The engineer must apply document control and data quality standards to all work products, follow up with project teams and stakeholders for inputs and evidence, and ensure confidentiality and data integrity throughout the process

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project controls experience, preferably on construction or major capital projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6, SAP, and Oracle Unifier
• Experience with Power BI and Aconex, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Practical experience in cost, schedule, and data analysis reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to report to executives
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
