Job description
Supervises cleaning and sterilization operations at the company site in Jeddah. Implements and monitors Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and ensures food safety and sterilization standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology or related field
- at least 5 years of experience in cleaning and sterilization within the food manufacturing sector
- strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety and sterilization standards
- proficiency in English
