Lab Technician

Job description

Role: Assists in analysis to ensure quality and processes meet standards, regulations and licenses. Duties: Check raw materials, work‑in‑progress goods and finished goods to verify they meet specified specifications. Explain facts, practices and policies to internal colleagues. Correct or resolve issues in existing systems and make minor changes.

Requirements

• 2‑year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Associate or Technical degree
• minimum 4 years experience
• proficiency in inspecting raw materials, work‑in‑progress and finished products
• specialized knowledge of commercial, technical or office operations
• ability to resolve problems and explain policies to others
• ability to work as an individual contributor with no direct leadership responsibilities
• application of knowledge limited to domestic or similar regional contexts
