You will join the employer's Saudi-based Early in Career Development Programme - Commercial, a 12‑month transformational journey for aspiring pharmacists. Gain hands‑on experience in strategic, patient‑centered functions and collaborate across the healthcare ecosystem to address real challenges in science, technology, and partnerships. Responsibilities include participating in rotational learning across patient care, stakeholder collaboration, and system transformation; driving patient‑centered initiatives to improve outcomes; contributing innovative ideas to solve real‑world problems; accessing targeted mentorship and leadership development with senior leaders; and building impactful partnerships with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders

Requirements

• Passionate pharmacy graduate (Bachelor’s or PharmD) or equivalent pharmaceutical science qualification
• strong curiosity and learning agility to experiment with new ideas
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams and cultures
• demonstrated patient advocacy mindset focusing on outcomes and system transformation
• proactive courage and initiative in problem‑solving
• proficiency in English
• understanding of strategic concepts in healthcare.
