Training Manager

Job description

The role focuses on elevating exceptional hospitality within our hotel. You will lead training initiatives for hotel team members and deliver memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities: monitor and review performance through meetings with department managers, trainers, and team members; assess current training initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and propose tailored solutions; manage individual training records using designated systems; oversee department-specific training programs such as alcohol awareness, food safety, job skills checklists, and educational assistance; inspire and develop the team by supervising, coaching, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
