Job description
the employer announces a vacancy for Senior Manager - Development PMO - Urban Core in Riyadh. The role will lead the end-to-end development of a large mixed‑use Urban Core precinct comprising public realm, public spaces, retail, food & beverage, commercial office, lifestyle, civic, mobility and destination assets. Key duties include leading development strategy, business planning, design governance, commercial structuring, stakeholder management, investment readiness and delivery integration to achieve commercial, operational, placemaking and long‑term value creation objectives
