Transformation Governance Lead

Job description

the employer is seeking a Transformation Governance Lead for Riyadh. The role embeds the Transformation Office into the domain delivery model, governing cadence, prioritization, and quarterly commitments. Chairs the domain Scrum of Scrums and represents the domain in cross‑domain forums. Oversees domain prioritization, challenges new demand, arbitrates trade‑offs, and ranks backlog by value and capacity. Provides end‑to‑end QBR support with data pack, narrative, prioritization case, capacity plan, and dependency map. Translates QBR decisions into roadmap, OKRs, and squad backlogs and tracks them throughout the quarter. Monitors delivery of strategic projects against the committed roadmap, including milestones, dependencies, spend, and benefits. Reports delivery drift early with root‑cause analysis and recovery plan. Orchestrates cross‑domain collaboration on shared platforms, data, sequencing, and squads. Enforces Transformation Office governance and reporting standards as the single source of truth. Escalates unresolved conflicts, capacity shortfalls, and slippages

Requirements

• Proficient in Azure cloud
• Proficient in DevOps
• Proficient in Git
• Proficient in Scrum
• Proficient in portfolio management
• 10+ years experience in transformation delivery
• 10+ years experience in strategic project or portfolio management
• Knowledge of enterprise transformation operating model
• Knowledge of agile‑at‑scale governance
• Knowledge of Jira / Azure DevOps tools.
