Exceptional hospitality starts with you. You will brighten guests' days as part of the Hotels team. As an Assistant Room Service Manager you help manage daily operations of a hotel dining outlet and deliver memorable experiences. Oversee daily operations including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost control, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement. Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues, and support dining improvements. Supervise and develop team members through coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development. Support revenue initiatives by implementing marketing strategies, up‑selling techniques, and promotions. Recruit, interview, onboard and train new staff to maintain service standards and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations to safeguard guest and team wellbeing.
