Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a member of the Hotels team, you will brighten guests' days daily. You will oversee seamless daily banquet operations and deliver memorable experiences. Responsibilities include delighting guests with a friendly attitude; planning and executing events in F&B outlets such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions and galas; supervising flawless event setup of linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware; communicating specifications and updates to relevant F&B teams; overseeing event breakdown and proper equipment storage; managing F&B team performance through scheduling, coaching and recognition; and ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
