Job description

Lead daily outlet operations including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost control, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement. Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations, provide development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build a high‑performing team. Implement innovative marketing strategies, up‑selling techniques, and promotional initiatives to maximize food and beverage sales and profitability. Lead recruitment, conduct interviews, and train new staff to maintain high service standards. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations to uphold the highest standards of guest and employee wellbeing.
