Laundry Supervisor

Job description

The role of Laundry Supervisor aims to implement the vision of Six Senses Southern Dunes in enhancing sustainability, luxury, and providing unique experiences. Responsibilities include training and qualifying new guests, directing the laundry team according to service standards, effective communication with other departments, planning and distributing daily work schedules, supervising cleanliness and health in all service areas, maintaining equipment according to Six Senses guidelines, and adhering to LQA standards and guest feedback.

Requirements

• Proficient in operating hotel systems including POS and PMS
• advanced knowledge of laundry operations and fabric handling
• proficient in advanced MS Office programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• high school diploma or equivalent
• at least two years of experience in a similar role in luxury hotels
• diploma or degree in hospitality preferred
• proficient in Arabic
• English proficiency preferred
