Overview of the role. the employer Al Wust Construction Company in Riyadh is looking for a Project Management Director to join its team full-time. The Project Management Director oversees the overall activities of project and program management, ensuring the achievement of defined objectives within timelines and allocated budgets. Key responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of project and program plans, tracking financial budget estimates and determining human, technical, and equipment requirements. This also includes ensuring the timely provision of resources within estimated costs, identifying project assumptions and interdependencies with other projects. It also involves identifying project risks and taking necessary steps to avoid and resolve them effectively. Coordinating with the work team to review completed work and remaining stages, ensuring compliance with the project scope and accredited quality management standards. Managing change processes based on set plans, coordinating and monitoring the completion of major project phases and closure. Evaluating the level of achievement of project outputs for its main objectives, ensuring the transfer of knowledge and experience, and documenting all project-related documents and reports

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management
• in-depth understanding of project and program plan development and implementation processes
• ability to estimate financial budgets and determine human and technical requirements
• excellent risk identification and solution development skills
• ability to effectively coordinate with multiple work teams
• report preparation and presentation skills to senior management.
