About the Role the employer is looking for an Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on ensuring that occupational safety and health standards are applied in facilities, investigating incidents, and preparing necessary reports. The role requires between two and five years of experience in the field. Main tasks and responsibilities: Follow up on the implementation of laws, regulations, and instructions related to occupational safety and health in all establishments. Conducting periodic and emergency inspections at work sites, recording the results and comparing them with approved standards. Measure environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, noise, and vibration using specialized devices, document the results, and follow up on addressing risks. Preparing the requirements for investigating occupational accidents and injuries, conducting the necessary investigations and documenting the results. Preparing occupational safety and health instructions and procedures, safe work and evacuation instructions, and educating workers about them. Preparing and submitting periodic work reports, documenting and storing them in an organized manner. Required qualifications and experience Practical experience ranging from two to five years in the field of occupational health and safety. A deep understanding of the laws and regulations related to occupational safety and health. Ability to use devices to measure environmental factors and analyze data. Excellent reporting and documentation skills. Skills and Competencies: Effective communication skills to raise employee awareness and coordinate efforts with the competent authorities. Ability to investigate incidents and determine root causes. Attention to detail and accuracy in recording data and results. Ability to work independently and as a professional Part of a team. Work Environment This role is full-time and located in Riyadh. The supervisor will work within a specialized team to ensure a safe and healthy work environment in all company facilities.
