About the Role the employer is looking for a Tender Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on managing and developing tender processes, from preparing conditions and criteria to analyzing and selecting the most suitable tenders. The role requires 0 to 1 year's experience, making it an ideal opportunity for ambitious professionals at the start of their career. Key Responsibilities Review tender conditions and criteria, including bid selection criteria, performance guarantees and fines. Follow up and implement tender preparation processes, and participate in bid opening and bid examination committees. Collect, review, discuss, and reformulate data, and ensure that the contents comply with the approved regulatory conditions, policies, procedures, and legal provisions. Announcing tenders, identifying target entities, and following up on processes to ensure that entities receive these tenders and receive suppliers’ offers. Analyze technical and financial offers, open and sort them, and decide on selecting the most appropriate ones based on approved policies and procedures. Preparing specialized documents and reports related to tenders, providing appropriate recommendations and solutions, presenting them, clarifying them and saving them in their database in accordance with approved policies and procedures. Daily tasks: The tender specialist is responsible for studying and analyzing tenders to ensure that they are prepared in a professional manner, and for active participation in tender examination committees. It also participates in preparing and developing the terms and standards of tenders, and analyzes the technical and financial offers to choose the most appropriate, while preparing, presenting and archiving specialized documents and reports. Qualifications wa Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in a related field. Ability to prepare and develop tender terms and standards. Strong analytical skills to study technical and financial proposals. Ability to prepare specialized reports and documents. Work Environment This role is a full-time position and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
