Muyeen Human Resources Company is seeking a Logistics Services Manager to join its team in Riyadh. Plans, directs and coordinates goods storage and distribution activities to ensure cost‑effective and timely product delivery. Develops company logistics strategies, policies and overall plans and implements them. Manages daily logistics and distribution operations. Selects, trains and supervises staff and monitors their performance and behavior against set goals. Monitors operational and employee performance, identifies patterns and takes corrective actions. Oversees maintenance activities and coordinates equipment repairs to minimize downtime. Establishes policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and implements them

Requirements

• 0 to 1 year of experience in logistics services or equivalent
• ability to plan, direct and effectively coordinate storage and distribution activities
• selection, training and supervision of staff
• monitoring operational and employee performance against objectives
• overseeing maintenance and coordinating equipment repairs
• establishing policies and procedures to ensure health, safety and environmental compliance
