About the Role the employer is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join its team in Riyadh. The warehouse manager undertakes direct supervision of all warehouse management work, including planning, organizing, and follow-up to ensure that operations run efficiently and effectively. This role aims to ensure the availability of the necessary technical and human resources to support daily operations. Main tasks and responsibilities: Supervising the planning and organization of warehouse work, inventory control, and following up on the implementation of various operations. Participate in setting goals, policies, initiatives and operational plans for supply and distribution. Ensuring the application of best practices and standards related to warehouse management and inventory control. Adherence to legal and technical safety standards related to warehouse management and providing an appropriate storage environment to preserve assets and prevent their damage or unauthorized use. Supervising the organization and arrangement of materials in warehouses, ensuring their coding and placing the arrival date on them. Ensuring that storage operations are carried out correctly for materials within warehouses to ensure their safety and prevent their loss or damage. Supervising inventory and disbursement documents and records, following them up and ensuring their integrity. Preparing proposals and systems aimed at simplifying work and achieving better results. Preparing periodic operational reports on warehouses and the materials contained therein. Identify work problems and challenges and suggest appropriate solutions and preventive and improvement measures. Required qualifications and experience: Experience ranging from 0-1 years in the field of warehouse management or equivalent. Ability to directly supervise operational processes and management Yes. Good knowledge of warehouse safety and inventory management practices and standards. Work Environment This full-time position is available in Riyadh.
