Job description

The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end commercial strategy to grow assets under management through digital channels and direct relationships. Build and manage a hybrid go‑to‑market model that combines high‑touch sales with low‑touch digital acquisition. Attract, convert, and retain high‑net‑worth investors. Lead strategic investor relationships and close key accounts, design a structured sales process including CRM, playbooks, training, and KPIs. Establish partnerships with banks, multi‑family offices, and investment platforms, and represent the firm at exclusive investor events. Work with a digital marketer on performance marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, and content, optimizing the funnel using analytics and A/B testing. Collaborate with product and engineering to drive product‑led growth, launch the employer programs, and enhance investor retention and organic growth
