The primary responsibility is to ensure the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas according to the luxury service standards. Tasks include supervising housekeeping activities, developing daily task lists, and ensuring full coverage and timely completion of assignments. Additionally, the role involves providing immediate training, enhancing brand standards, and guiding team members through daily operational requirements
