Operations Supervisor

Job description

Middle East Mattress Factory Co. (licensee of the employer Inc. USA) is seeking a Production/Operations Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing workflows at its Jeddah plant. Responsibilities include floor supervision, workflow optimization, system tracking with Odoo ERP, cross‑functional coordination with maintenance, procurement and logistics, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably Industrial, Mechanical or Production Engineering)
• Minimum 5 years hands‑on supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant (preferably bedding, mattress or high‑volume textile production)
• Proficiency with Odoo ERP (Manufacturing and Inventory modules)
• Strong mechanical/industrial problem‑solving skills
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English
• Conversational Arabic or Hindi is an advantage
• Currently residing in Jeddah
• Saudi, Yemeni or Indian nationality
