General Manager - Fairmont, Raffles, Swissôtel & Swissôtel Al Maqam is responsible for leading operations across four prestigious hotels in Makkah, implementing shared strategic priorities while preserving each brand's identity, enhancing efficiencies through shared resources to avoid duplication, ensuring unified strategic direction and effective commercial management with optimal resource allocation, overseeing consolidated financial reporting, strategic planning and market forecasts, establishing long‑term strategies, annual goals and performance indicators to achieve profitability and compliance with financial and regulatory standards, coordinating unified operational procedures and maintaining service quality through regular inspections, analyzing market trends and strengthening brand vision, ensuring guest satisfaction and luxury standards, and monitoring health, safety, licensing and security compliance. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree preferred
• At least senior leadership experience in the hospitality sector
• Experience managing multiple hotels
