Governance Senior Specialist

Job description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Governance Senior Specialist with 3–6 years of experience in governance framework development and implementation. The ideal candidate should have experience with governance structures, decision rights, policies and procedures, committee governance, monitoring, reporting, and action tracking, supported by Microsoft Power BI reporting. Responsibilities include developing and implementing governance frameworks, establishing and maintaining governance structures and decision rights, supporting policy and procedure governance, supporting committee-level governance activities, monitoring and reporting governance activities, tracking actions and decisions, maintaining governance documentation, and engaging with stakeholders and preparing dashboards/reports.
