Responsibilities: Develop and implement governance frameworks, create and update governance structures and decision guarantees, support policy and procedure governance, support governance activities at the committee level, monitor and prepare reports on governance activities, track procedures and decisions, maintain governance documentation, deal with stakeholders and prepare information panels and reports

Requirements

• Proficient in Power BI, policies and procedures
• experience in developing and implementing a governance framework
