Lead strategic initiatives to improve business and stakeholder outcomes. Develop transformation strategies and guide teams in their execution. Strengthen the link between people and strategic programs. Assist leaders in reimagining businesses and building strategies that accelerate change. Emphasize sustainability, inclusion, diversity & equity, purpose, and board effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 13 years consulting experience, primarily in Communication and Media Technology
• proficiency in strategic decision‑making and building financial or operational models
• deep understanding of industry dynamics and value‑creation opportunities
• strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills
• digitally savvy with passion for technology impact
• natural leadership with trust‑building relationship skills
• ability to adapt, remove obstacles and achieve results
• bilingual fluency in Arabic and English
• MBA or graduate‑level degree in a related field
• experience in operating model design, strategy formulation, digital transformation, impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation
• proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• strong organizational and analytical abilities
