Prioritizes and governs initiatives as a balanced portfolio supporting long‑term growth, operational excellence, and transformation. Applies disciplined portfolio management to improve investment decisions and accelerate high‑value delivery. Provides data‑driven insights to leadership and builds a sustainable pipeline of innovation opportunities. Ensures collaboration across Innovation, Technology Operations, Data & AI, and business functions to speed delivery. Produces executive reports on performance, risks, and opportunities to support strategic planning.
