Logistics Officer

Job description

Logistics Officer based in Riyadh. Coordinates transportation operations, shipping schedules, and deliveries with precision. Monitors international shipments and customs clearance procedures. Communicates continuously with suppliers and logistics service providers. Prepares shipping documents, invoices, and required customs paperwork. Tracks shipment movements and addresses any delays or obstacles promptly. Maintains accurate logistics records and generates periodic reports. Collaborates with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
• experience of 1 to 2 years in logistics or supply chain
• knowledge of SABER, FASAH and ERP/Oracle systems
• proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• excellent communication, organization and problem‑solving skills
• ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• initiative and attention to detail
