Job description

The global leadership development program Voyage is a full-time, paid program that aims to prepare future leaders from university graduates. The program includes practical training and realistic tasks in a hotel managed by the employer The trainee participates in short courses and leadership training, and moves between hotel departments to learn the management of different functions. The program lasts 12-18 months depending on interests and goals, and provides opportunities to communicate with leaders and trainers at the employer After completion, the trainee is ready to take on a supervisory or entry-level management role at the employer

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Associate's degree acceptable for culinary
• Critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and work in teams
• Ability to self-manage and self-start
• Proficiency in local language may be required
• Genuine desire for personal and professional growth
• Right to work in Saudi Arabia
• Graduated from a university or hospitality school within the last two years or expected to graduate within 12 months of application date
