the employer’s Voyage Leadership Development Program prepares recent graduates for a successful hospitality career. Trainees engage in real‑world hotel assignments for 12‑18 months, developing customer relationships, driving innovation, managing projects and teams, and improving processes through their Voyage project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required (Associate degree acceptable for Culinary)
• graduated within the last 2 years or expected graduation within 12 months
• genuine desire for personal and professional growth
• superior critical‑thinking and interpersonal communication skills
• ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
• self‑management and self‑starter attitude
• fluency in the local language may be required
• right to work in the target country (except United Arab Emirates where a work visa is provided).
