Job description

The Voyage Global Leadership Development Program prepares recent graduates for future leadership roles. It is a full‑time, paid program conducted at a the employer‑managed hotel in Riyadh. Participants engage in real‑world hotel assignments, cultivate customer relationships, champion innovation, manage projects and people, and improve processes through a Voyage project. They also attend management meetings, collaborate with global Voyage participants, and complete a 12‑18 month journey.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required (Associate degree acceptable for Culinary)
• superior critical‑thinking and interpersonal communication skills
• ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively
• ability to self‑manage and be a self‑starter
• fluency in the local language may be required
• genuine desire for personal and professional growth
• right to work in Saudi Arabia
• willingness to innovate and assume added responsibilities
