Senior Staff Physician - Family Practice

Job description

The basic function is to provide high standard, cost-effective care to eligible medical recipients under the supervision of an Attending Physician. The scope includes attending clinical and educational rounds, participating in multidisciplinary team rounds, and reporting patients' adverse events. The role also involves preparing patient reports, maintaining accurate and timely patient records, and participating in quality and safety activities.

Requirements

• Graduation from an approved medical school
• one year of internship in a recognized training program
• SCFHS registered as a senior registrar or Consultant
• holding a Board certification and completing three years of experience in the field of clinical specialty
• participation in teaching and educational activities
• keeping up-to-date with knowledge and skills required to perform duties safely
• maintaining adequate continuous medical education credits as required by hospital and licensing authorities.
