Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient business performance - Lead and coordinate supply chain, sales and marketing functions - Develop and improve operational processes and procedures - Monitor inventory, purchasing, distribution and demand planning - Track sales performance and operational KPIs - Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns with inventory and operational capacity Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - At least 5 years of experience in operations management. - Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and operations - Experience in retail, fast moving consumer goods, aloes and incense, or related sectors is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
