Work location: Al-Qassim - Buraidah Contract type: Full-time About the job: We are looking for an operations manager who has the vision and field experience to supervise the workflow in our restaurants, and raise operating efficiency while maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability margins. Responsibilities: 1. Full supervision of daily operation and ensuring smooth service. 2. Monitoring the quality of dishes, speed of preparation, and adherence to standard recipes. 3. Managing and directing department heads and field teams and developing their skills. 4. Follow up on inventory, purchases, and dealing with suppliers. 5. Follow up on periodic financial reports (sales, costs, and profits). Required qualifications and skills: Suitable qualification in business administration, hospitality, or a related field. Proven previous experience in restaurant operation. Full knowledge of food safety requirements and municipal licenses. Outstanding communication and people management skills
