Job Announcement Business Development Manager Al Khobar Requirements • • • • • • • • Willingness to travel as needed About this profession: Sales account managers serve as intermediators between clients and the organisation, managing both sales and long term relations with the client. They have knowledge about products and services and develop contracts with customers. Typical duties of this profession: • Participate in the preparation of the operational plans and executive programs of sales operations and activities; ensure their successful implementation and compliance with all the adopted policies and procedures. • Supervise all the daily work and activities of sales; ensure that sales prices are controlled; and monitor the sales movement and sales levels of various products, goods and services compared to the financial plans and expectations. • Ensure the effective coordination and communication with business partners; establish a broad base of clients and customers; communicate with them to identify any observations they have on sales methods, prices and competitive offers; and provide reports and recommendations to the senior management on this regard. • Follow up and direct the preparation of technical reports and analyses of the sales’ activities; review and present these reports and analyses to the senior management; inform the senior management of the technical propositions and recommendations based on such analyses and studies. • Oversee the work of the sales staff and guide them to the best sales practices and methods; ensure that they understand the specifications and characteristics of products and services; and follow up and evaluate their performance; and ensure the availability of all the resources, materials and techniques necessary to carry out the sales work and activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or any related field
• Experience in business development within the contracting, engineering, or real estate sector
• Proven record of securing projects and developing strategic client relationships
• A strong network with developers, consultants, project owners and decision-makers in the Kingdom
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills
• Strong business knowledge and understanding of the construction and contracting market
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
