Collaborates with design and execution teams to evaluate bids; negotiate contracts; monitor performance to ensure cost quality and compliance with standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• practical experience in project procurement or engineering supply chains
• proficient in project and procurement management software
• technical knowledge of engineering specifications
• cost analysis and supplier bid comparison
