Project Manager

Job description

Lead execution of medium to large, moderately complex GIS projects in line with the employer policies, quality, HSE, schedule and financial targets. Execute projects per contract scope, schedule and conditions. Review sales contracts and understand terms, risks and margin impact. Plan, monitor and control scope, time and cost, including handover and execution planning. Perform SAP processes and maintain documentation per ISO and internal requirements. Coordinate with engineering and customer for drawing approvals and issue resolution. Serve as single point of contact and escalation for customers, ensuring the employer commitments are met. Enhance customer satisfaction through consistent interaction and trust building. Prepare and submit progress reports as per contractual obligations. Track change requests, obtain approvals for extensions and costs. Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation and opportunity plans. Coordinate FAT, shipping clearances, invoicing, logistics, installation, testing, commissioning, payment collection, As‑built drawings, PAC/FAC and project closure. Report status to internal stakeholders. Adhere to project management processes and regulatory guidelines. Live the employer core values of safety and integrity.

Requirements

• Proficiency in developing and freezing project schedules with internal and external stakeholders
• proficiency in preparing and maintaining master document lists
• knowledge of a bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering
• experience in GIS, substation or high‑voltage equipment projects of 7 to 12 years
• strong leadership and stakeholder persuasion skills
• ability to work under pressure to meet time, cost and quality targets
• proficiency in spoken and written English
• experience with SAP or another ERP system
